Do I need to provide anything for my home treatment?We bring all the necessary equipment and high-quality products. For a smooth experience, access to hot water and plug sockets is helpful. For hygiene reasons, we kindly recommend using your own towels. To enhance your comfort, feel free to warm the room, dim the lights, or light a candle to create a spa-like ambience at home.

How often should I book treatments?This depends on your personal goals, but for optimal results, we suggest: Eyelash/brow tint every 4-6 Weeks Facials, every 4 weeks Manicure/Pedicure every 4 weeks Waxing, every 4-6 weeks (depending on the speed of your hair growth) Massage every 2-4 weeks (depending on individual lifestyle) Regular sessions help maintain results and support long-term skin and wellness benefits.

How much space is needed for a mobile treatment?A clear area of approximately 6ft by 3ft is needed to accommodate our treatment couch. Please ensure there’s room to walk around it comfortably to ensure the best treatment setup.

How long should my hair be for waxing?For effective waxing, hair should be at least ¼ inch (6mm) long—roughly the size of a grain of rice. This typically means around 2 weeks of growth since your last shave or wax.

How far in advance should I book my appointment?Appointments are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis. To secure your ideal time, especially during busier months (summer and Christmas), we recommend booking in advance. That said, last-minute availability does pop up, so don’t hesitate to get in touch if you're looking for a short-notice slot.

Do I need a patch test before tinting treatments?Yes, for your safety and due to insurance policies, a patch test is required at least 24 hours before any tinting service. We’ll apply a small amount of tint to your skin (typically behind the ear or on the inner elbow) to check for any reaction. If you’re considering a treatment soon, we can patch test during another appointment and store your result on file.

How do I pay for my treatments?The preferred payment method is bank transfer. We also accept cash, but please bring the exact amount, as we do not carry change.

Cancellation and Termination
In the event of the Provider cancelling the Appointment the Appointment Fee will be refundable. Furthermore, you agree that if a Provider wishes to cancel an appointment they may do so through calling on 07447030585 or email pltherapyandbeauty@gmail.com. The Appointment Fee will be refunded to you via your original method of payment as follows:
100% of the Appointment fee will be refunded if you cancel an Appointment twenty-four or more hours prior to the start time of the appointment.
If you cancel with less than twenty-four hours notice or fail to attend the appointment you will be charged in full, as if you had attended.
If you make a last minute bookings (i.e. with less than 12 hours between the time of booking and appointment start time) you will have 30 minutes to amend the booking free of charge and after that usual cancellation terms apply.
